Snap parliamentary election to be held in Moldova

Chisinau, 3 June /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova is to hold a snap parliamentary election as the Moldovan parliament of the 17th convocation has twice failed to elect the head of state.

The legislation says that in case of parliament's dissolution, the date on the election of the new parliament is established by presidential decree. The snap parliamentary election is to be conducted in 45 days after the decree enters into force.
