Moldovan cabinet approves draft law on last parliamentary meeting of month

Chisinau, 8 May /MOLDPRES/- The last parliament plenary meeting of the month will be held according to the agenda proposed by the parliamentary opposition. This is stipulated in a draft law approved by the government today.

The document sees amendment of the parliament's regulation. Justice Minister Vladimir Grosu said the initiative was meant to guarantee the right of the opposition parties to submit for debates initiatives, which, in their opinion, were important and to ensure a balance between parliamentary majority and opposition.

The draft is to be considered and approved by the parliament.
