Moldova opens honorific consulate in Pakistan

Chisinau, 1 September /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova opened an Honorary Consulate in the city of Lahore, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, on 29 August, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.

Representatives of central and local authorities, education and cultural institutions, diplomatic missions, honorary consuls of other states and business people attended the event.

This is the first Honorary Consulate of Moldova in Pakistan.
