The 9th Meeting of the Informal Ministerial Dialogue of the Eastern Partnership (PaE) takes place in Chisinau.
This format involves organizing two distinct sessions:
The meeting at the level of the Foreign Ministers of the Eastern Partnership countries, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova, with participation of the European Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, and the Deputy Secretary General of the European Action Service External, Jean-Christophe Belliard.
The main subject of the talks are the preparation of the Eastern Partnership Summit in Brussels (November 2017).

The meeting at the level of the ministers managing the energy sector in six PaE states, hosted by the Ministry of Economy of Moldova, to which the EU to be represented by Commissioner, Johannes Hahn, and DG Energy Director General of the European Commission, Dominique Ristori, to be dedicated Energy efficiency.
