Euro to depreciate below threshold of MDL 20

Chisinau, 25 April /MOLDPRES/ – In upcoming days, the European single currency (EUR) depreciates by MDL 0.12 below the threshold of MDL 20, according to the official exchange rates displayed by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).
Thus, EUR costs MDL 19.91. Alongside, U.S. dollar (USD) is priced at MDL 17.89.
The Romanian leu (RON) depreciates by MDL 0.03 down to MDL 04.18.
As for the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and Russian rouble (RUB), the BNM has established quotations similar to the ones of today. As such, RUB still costs MDL 0.27, and UAH – MDL 0.67.
These exchange rates are valid until 01 May, when the budget employees have a mini vacation on Easter holidays.
