Law on fiscal facilities for construction of sports complex from south Moldova autonomy's administrative centre to be published in Official Journal

Chisinau, 17 October /MOLDPRES/ - The works of construction of a sports complex in the Comrat municipality (administrative centre of the south Moldova Gagauz-Yeri Autonomous Territorial Unit) will be carried out with a string of fiscal facilities and customs exemptions. The parliament has adopted a law to this effect, which will be published in Moldova’s Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial) on 18 October.   

The legislative act, approved in the final reading on 4 October, provides for the exemption of customs duty, tax for carrying out the customs procedures and the value added tax (VAT), without right to deduct, on the goods and services imported and/or delivered for the construction of the Sports Complex V. Mumjiev from the Comrat city, UTA Gagauz-Yeri.      

The project on construction of the building is financed by Turkey and is to be carried out by a branch from the Gagauz autonomy of the Turkish company Demars Inșaat Turizm Ticaret Limited Șirketi. The V. Mumjiev sports complex from Comrat will have a stadium with a capacity estimated at 5,000 places and a hall for sports games with a capacity of 150 places.
