Moldovan president awards state distinctions

Chisinau, 17 October /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon has handed high state distinctions to a group of citizens, earlier provided under presidential degree, at an official ceremony held at the Presidency, the presidential press service has reported.

Thus, 80 Moldovan citizens were awarded orders and medals. It is about people acting in various sectors: teachers, servicemen, physicians, art people, as well as other personalities who contribute to the development of Moldova. The distinctions were awarded for the irreproachable fulfillment of the job duty, special merits before the state, high professionalism, long and prodigious work in various fields.

The Moldovan president expressed to everybody respect and gratitude for the assiduous labour and patience they prove days by day, when working, to a great extent, in difficult conditions. At the same time, the head of state wished them success and outstanding performances in continuation.
