Euro continues appreciating against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 14 January /MOLDPRES/ - The single European currency, as well as the U.S. dollar are appreciating this week.
According to the official exchange rates posted by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM), on 15 January, euro will cost 19.35 lei, up by 0.04 lei than today. The dollar will appreciate by 0.01 leu up to an official price of 17.38 lei.
The Romanian leu maintains its value. BNM set an official exchange rate of 4.04 lei for this currency.
The value of the Russian rouble and the Ukrainian hryvnia will remain unchanged. The latter will cost, in continuation, 0.72 lei and the rouble will keep its price of 0.28 lei.
