Moldovan parliament speaker instructs return of about ten million lei to public budget

Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Zinaida Greceanii today instructed the return of about ten million lei to the public budget through the cutting of spending in the parliament’s budget for 2020, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.  
 
Zinaida Greceanii stressed that the entire country’s priority, on this complicated period for all the world, was the support of the medical system. ‘’We do not make populism; we have an unprecedented situation not only in Moldova. It is quite important for us to focus the efforts and finances for the sectors of vital priority. It is important that we mutually support and observe the rules. We will necessarily accomplish all things we have set to carry out, but for this, we must be healthy,’’ the parliament speaker said.    
 
The parliament has earlier made a donation worth over 684,000 lei and made available parliament’s transport means for physicians.
