As many as 256 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours

Chisinau, 30 June /MOLDPRES/ - As many as 1,751 biological samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours, of which 256 ones proved to be positive. Thus, there are 16,613 COVID-19 cases registered in Moldova in all today.

According to data by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS), all cases are with local transmission. Eighteen out of the cases recorded today are medical employees: 4 physicians, 11 medical assistants, 2 doctor’s or surgeon’s assistants and one auxiliary staff employee.

At the same time, MSMPS also informs about the registration of another four deaths triggered by COVID-19. There are 536 people dead of this virus in all and 9,382 people have been treated.
