Chisinau, 15 April /MOLDPRES/ - The Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE), at a today’s meeting, did not introduce new restrictions; yet, it instructed more provisions concerning the enforcement of justice in the emergency state. Acting Prime Minister, CSE head Aureliu Ciocoi made statements to this effect at a news briefing held after the Commission’s meeting.

According to the acting PM, on the period of the emergency state, the personal goods necessary for the debtor cannot be sequestrated, pursued. The duration of consideration of petitions, complaints, requests for information, etc. was extended for a double period. ‘’This fact is necessary, as the civil servants and the employees of the public institutions work at a level of 30 per cent with physical presence in offices and will need more time for considering and checking the concerned applications and approaches,’’ Aureliu Ciocoi said.

According to the CSE head, on the period of the emergency state, for economic reasons, the right to provide one-off bonuses is suspended, at least for civil servants and employees of the state structures.
