Moldovan Economic Development and Digitalization Ministry has new state secretary

Chisinau, 13 March /MOLDPRES/ - The government today appointed Catalina Plinschi as state secretary of the Economic Development and Digitalization Ministry (MDED).
The proposal was made by Deputy Prime Minister, Economic Development and Digitalization Minister Dumitru Alaiba at the beginning of the cabinet meeting.
Catalina Plinschi was appointed to office, after the cabinet had accepted the application on resignation by Mihail Lupascu, who has held the position of state secretary at MDED so far.
Catalina Plinschi has degree in education sciences; she graduated from the Moldovan State University and then studied the European Economic Law at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University from Iasi, Romania, studied within professional training programmes in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at such universities as Stanford and Harvard and had exchanges of experience in more countries of Europe.
