First batch of diesel as humanitarian aid by Romania reached Causeni

Chisinau, April 2 /MOLDPRES/- The first batch of the four thousand tons of diesel offered to the Republic of Moldova as humanitarian aid by Romania has reached Causeni. The Material Reserves Agency made the statement today.
According to the agency, the trainload of 26 tank cars constituting 1336 tons was received on 29 March, after customs and technical transhipment procedures were completed.
The procedure for distributing diesel to the final beneficiaries was about to begin.
In early April 2023, the authorities announced that Romania would donate another 4,000 tons of diesel to farmers in the Republic of Moldova.
