Moldovan kindergarten renovated with financial support of US Embassy

Chisinau, 2 December /MOLDPRES/- Kindergarten in Vasilcau village, Soroca district, was opened on 1 December, after being renovated with financial support of the US Embassy in Moldova.

The US Embassy earmarked 85,000 dollars for the capital repair of the kindergarten in Vasilcau.

Attending the event was US Ambassador to Chisinau James Pettit, who said that investments in children’s future and welfare are the most valuable outcome.

Renovation of the Prichindel kindergarten in Vasilcau village was carried out with joint efforts by the US Army European Command, US Military Sealift Command through the Office of Military Cooperation, US Embassy and local authorities. Thanks to the programme, several preschool institutions have been rehabilitated in our country.
