Moldova to purchase mobile radiological complexes from Belarus

Chisinau, 11 December /MOLDPRES/ – Moldova is interested in purchasing mobile radiological complexes in Belarus. A memorandum of intent on it was signed in Minsk today during the visit of Prime Minister, Pavel Filip, to a company specialized in the production of modern medical equipment, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The mobile medical units offer effective solutions in the field of pulmonary X – ray and mammography. The digital mobile radiological complexes will be used for prophylaxis of diseases, especially tuberculosis. The initiative belongs to Prime Minister, Pavel Filip, and aims to increase the access of population to quality prophylactic services within rural area.

The Belarusian enterprise ADANI specialises in manufacture of high technology equipment based on science for medical radiology, X – ray screening and non – destructive X – ray testing. The company signed contracts with over 70 countries all around the world.
