Moldovan, Ukrainian foreign affairs ministers have phone conversation

Chisinau, 16 January /MOLDPRES/ - Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Tudor Ulianovschi today had a phone conversation with Foreign Affairs Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, at an initiative by the Ukrainian side, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media interaction service has said.

The Ukrainian diplomat voiced confidence that the relations between Ukraine and Moldova would maintain an ascendant dynamic. Pavlo Klimkin wished the new Moldovan foreign minister success in exercising his highly responsible mandate.

For his part, Tudor Ulianovschi stressed the importance of the Moldovan-Ukrainian cooperation in diverse sectors.

At the same time, the officials discussed inter-governmental contacts on the immediately next period.
