Moldovan Liberal Democrat MP excluded from faction

Chisinau, 1 March /MOLDPRES/- MP, who arrived in parliament on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, Sergiu Ceaus, was excluded today from the faction. Speaker Andrian Candu made the statement today.

The speaker read a report in which the PLDM faction announced it had excluded Ceaus from the faction.

Ceaus arrived in parliament on 15 February 2018, after the Constitutional Court validated his mandate. He held the vacant seat after the departure of Leanca.

Ceaus is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Law and has worked as a lawyer at the National Bank, the Centre for Public Health Policies and Analysis and served as a head of the Chisinau municipal council president’s office. He has served as deputy head of Criuleni district.
