Five school races suspended due to snowy roads

Chisinau, 19 March /MOLDPRES/- Five school races from four districts of the country were suspended today due to snow roads and transport units malfunction.
According to the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research, it is about the educational institutions from Calarasi, Orhei, Soroca and Ungheni, due to interruption of which, over 140 pupils could not attend classes today.
At the same time, the ministry noted that the other educational institutions in the country operate as normal.
Meteorologists announced Yellow Code of snowfall, glazed frost, wind and cold waves. The warning is valid for 17-22 March.
