Chisinau, 17 May /MOLDPRES/ - Officers of the National Patrol Inspectorate (INP) on 16 May were present on the Chisinau-Leuseni highway, where they discovered 335 drivers moving with a speed exceeding the limit set by the law.
INP press officer Natalia Golovco has said that all drivers were discovered by the radar. ‘’Immediate after the infringement had been fixed, the information was sent online to patrol inspectors, who were nearby, with the subsequent stopping and documentation,’’ Golovco noted.
Thus, 170 out of all drivers discovered received official report.
According to Natalia Golovco, 600 penalty points were applied and one driver got the allowed limit of 15 penalty points.
