Moldovan electoral body starts distributing ballots for runoff

Chisinau, 1 November /MOLDPRES/- The Central Election Commission / CEC / started this morning distribution of ballots for the runoff elections, due on 3 November.
According to CEC data, today ballot papers will be distributed and transmitted to the district electoral councils, so that on 2 November to reach every polling station in the localities where the runoff will be held.
Employees of the territorial police inspectorates will ensure the escorting of the ballots from the printing house to the headquarters of the district electoral councils and their security until election day.
On 3 November citizens from 384 localities are expected to vote mayor.
