Young Moldovan researchers can get individual scholarships worth 3,000 dollars

Chisinau, 13 November /MOLDPRES/ - Young researchers from Moldova can get individual scholarships in the education policies sector. Their value is 3,000 dollars. The files on participation in the contest can be submitted till 18 November.

The scholarships will be provided in two installments, for a period of ten months (December 2019 – September 2020). The persons selected on the period December 2019 – September 2020 will work out a study of education policies each. The researchers will be encouraged to identify new opportunities of general education’s modernization.

The contest of scholarships was announced by the Soros-Moldova Foundation, with the financial support of the Programme on Support of Education for an Open Society.

According to the Education, Culture and Research Ministry, Moldovan citizens working in civil society’s organizations in the education sector, analytical centres specialized in public policies and at research and education institutions can participate in the contest. Also, eligible will be Moldova’s citizens having master and PhD diplomas and the ones training for doctor’s degree in Moldova of abroad, provided that they research education policies of Moldova at the concerned education institutions.
