New Secretary General of presidential apparatus appointed

Chisinau, 21 November /MOLDPRES/- The decree on appointing Nicolae Posturusu as Secretary General of the Apparatus of the President of the Republic of Moldova will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 22 November.

The same issue will comprise the decree on appointing Cristina Botnariuc as Deputy Secretary of Presidential Apparatus.

Also, decrees on dismissal and appointment of state secretaries will be published in the same issue.

The Apparatus of the President of the Republic of Moldova is the public authority that provides the organizational, legal, informational and technical assistance of the activity of the President of the Republic of Moldova. It is financed from the state budget and is headed by the Secretary General and a Deputy Secretary General, appointed and released from office by decree of the President of the Republic of Moldova. The Secretary General of the Apparatus of the President of the Republic of Moldova organizes and conducts the activity of the apparatus, represents the institution in relations with other public authorities and state institutions, with legal entities and private people, including foreign ones, represents the President of the Republic of Moldova in relations with the courts, ensures the president’s work agenda, ensures cooperation between subdivisions and president’s cabinet and ensures compliance with secret regime.
