Chisinau, 27 August /MOLDPRES/- The decision on approving the Admission Plan for higher doctoral studies, cycle III, with funding from the state budget for the academic year 2020-2021 will be published tomorrow in the Official Journal and will enter into force.

The document includes 313 doctoral grants. Most grants will be for scientific doctorates (305) and eight grants for professional doctorates. The grants will be offered in natural sciences, medical, engineering, agricultural, social, economic and humanities. According to the government's decision, 15 doctoral grants will be awarded to foreign citizens.

Grants will be distributed as follows:

Ministry of Education, Culture and Research - 203; Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment - 25; Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection - 70; Ministry of Defense - 3; Ministry of Internal Affairs - 2; State Chancellery - 10.
