Moldovan top court approves amendment of Constitution

Chisinau, 3 December /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court today presented approval on amending the Constitution of Moldova on judiciary system.
The draft law presented by the government on 30 September complies with the procedures, the time limits for review and revision material limits.
Thus, the Constitutional Court ruled that the bill amending the Constitution "respects the conditions for revising the Constitution and may be submitted to Parliament for consideration" and that "the draft may be adopted by Parliament at least 6 months after the presentation of the appropriate initiative."
