Moldovan Agriculture Ministry starts information campaign in land sector

Chisinau, 11 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Ministry (MADRM) today started a campaign on informing the local authorities about the normative acts and policies in the land field and the one of land improvements.  

According to MADRM, on 11-16 December, more online seminars will be held, aimed at familiarizing cadastral engineers, local public authorities, farmers, as well as owners of farmlands about the state’s policies and normative acts in the field.    

„The participants in the first seminar discussed the normative acts dealing with the new policies in the sectors of land improvement, protection, conservation and enhancing of soils’ fertility, ways, principles and stimulations of strengthening farmlands and the rent of farmlands,’’ sources from the ministry said.    

Attending the training were representatives of district departments for agriculture and nourishment, cadastral engineers, agricultural producers, land owners, and other people interested from the districts of Anenii Noi, Cahul, Basarabeasca, Briceni, Cantemir, Calarasi, Criuleni, Dubasari, etc.

The zonal information seminars will be held regularly, in order to enhance the awareness and informing of cadastral engineers, farmers, landowners about the new policies in the field, according to the quoted source.   

The government has lately approved more normative acts in the land, cadastral, geodesy and map making sectors. The most recent ones were the regulation on cadastral registrars and the regulation of the Moldovan soils’ register, which entered into force on 11 December, with the publication in Moldova’s Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial).
