Moldovan fine artist organizes exhibitions, edits catalogue on pandemic period

Chisinau, 24 December /MOLDPRES/ - Fine artist and painter, deputy president of the Moldovan Fine Artists Union Florina Breazu has organized exhibitions, edited a catalogue and made 15 painting works on the period of the pandemic.   

Contacted by MOLDPRES, Florina Breazu said that, on this period, she had organized a jubilee exhibition titled, Time without Time of the Igor Vieru Academic Lyceum of Fine Arts at the Chisinau-based Constantin Brancusi Exhibition Centre.  

The exhibition comprises 107 panting, graphic, sculpture and decorative arts works signed by 77 authors: professors and graduates of the lyceum, of whom 90 per cent are members of the Moldovan Fine Artists’ Union.   

Florina Breazu was born in Chisinau on 5 January 1973. He graduated from the A. Sciusev Fine Arts Schools for Children, A. Plamadeala College of Fine from Chisinau and the Faculty of Decorative Arts of the George Enescu Arts University from Iasi, Romania. On the period 2002-2006, she trained for her doctor’s degree at the Institute of Arts Study of Moldova’s Academy of Sciences and for doctor’s degree at the National Arts University from Bucharest as of 2014.

Florina Breazu had exhibitions in Moldova and abroad. Her works are preserved in public and private collections from Moldova Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, USA, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Switzerland, France, Germany and other countries.
