Moldova's National Extraordinary Public Health Commission rules to resume flights with United Kingdom as of 8 January

Chisinau, 6 January /MOLDPRES/ - The National Extraordinary Public Health Commission (CNESP) has ruled to resume all regular passenger flights and regular passenger charters with the United Kingdom starting from 8 January 2021, at 00:00.    

At a meeting, the CNESP members approved the resumption, beginning with 11 January 2021, of the education process at the headquarters of primary, education institutions, gymnasiums and lyceums, according to the models approved by the Education, Culture and Research Ministry (MECC).  The extra-curricular activities will further be carried out online. They could be organized at the headquarters of education institutions as of 15 January 2021.   

The foreigners who are summoned by law courts/law-enforcement bodies of Moldova, as well as their legal representatives, proved by the confirmative documents in this respect, are allowed to cross the state border. At the same time, they will not be obliged to stay in quarantine regime. This is also valid for the foreigners who travel to process documents issued by public institutions from Moldova, proved through confirmative documents, such as schedulings, invitations, etc.  

The CNESP members decided that, in the case of the minors under 14 years, the epidemiological card and the declaration on one’s own responsibility at the customs checkpoints be filled in and signed by the child’s legal representative or companion.

It is worth to be mentioned that the CNESP Decisions are executory for the central and local public administration authorities, for private people and legal entities, no matter the activity sector or legal form of organization.
