Vocational schools from Chisinau municipality's settlement starts courses for vegan, vegetarian cuisine

Chisinau, 20 January /MOLDPRES/ - People interested in the vegan and vegetarian cuisine can register for practical courses, organized at the vocational school from the Bubuieci village, Chisinau municipality, for the first time ever. The courses last three months and include both theoretical classes, held online and practical classes, which will take place at the institution’s didactic laboratory, endowed with all needed equipment.

The participants will learn to cook with native bio products purchased from companies which promote the sound lifestyle.

People of any age can register for these courses, no matter the degree of education in the food sector. The participants in the course will pay an education fee, from which products will be bought for organizing the practical training.

The graduates will benefit from a certificate of finishing the course, Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine.

The new course of continuous training in the vegan and vegetarian cuisine sector was initiated within the project, Development of rural zones in Moldova (DevRam), financed by the European Union.
