Works on construction of national road conserved in Moldova

Chisinau, 25 January /MOLDPRES/ - The works on construction of 19 km, - part of the M3 national road Porumbrei-Cimislia, which are carried out, have been partially conserved for the cold period, with their resumption in the spring of 2021. At the moment, only works on construction of the embankment, bridges and small bridges are carried out, as they are possible in the current weather conditions, the State Administration of Roads (ASD) has reported.

According to the institution, the construction of the road segment shows a progress of carrying out of works at the level of 41 per cent. The works on building the new road with two traffic lanes will end in late January 2022.

"The road segment’s restoration is made from a loan of 30 million euros, provided from means of the European Investment Bank,’’ ASD said.
