Chisinau, 8 February /MOLDPRES/ - The action programme and the list of the Gavrilita government were submitted to the Parliament’s Secretariat today.

According to the parliament’s press service, the Standing Bureau is to hold a meeting to set the date of the plenary meeting, during which the giving of the vote of confidence to the cabinet’s action programme and entire list are to be discussed.

The action programme of the cabinet proposed by Natalia Gavrilita contains 38 pages. ‘’We make a resolute step towards snap elections, which the country needs. If the current lawmakers cannot vote for a plan of anticorruption, anti-crisis and pro-development actions, the people will do this at the snap elections,’’ Natalia Gavrilita wrote on her official page.

The list of candidates for the office of minister in the cabinet proposed by Gavrilita was made public in late last week. Thus, the governmental team, due to come to parliament and ask for a vote of confidence, will be made up of Mihai Popsoi, put forward for the position of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister, Ion Luca – for the Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Ministry, Anatolie Nosatii for the Defence Ministry, Andrei Spinu for the Economics and Infrastructure Ministry, Anatolie Topala for the Education, Culture and Research Ministry, Rozalina Albu - for the Finance Ministry, Ala Nemerenco for the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry, Viorel Cibotaru – for the office of Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration, Ana Revenco at the Interior Ministry and Sergiu Litvinenco at the Justice Ministry.

More factions of the parliament, among which the Action and Solidarity Party, have earlier informed that they would not back the candidacy of Natalia Gavrilita for the office of PM and opted for snap parliamentary elections.
