New vice-presidents of Supreme Court of Justice appointed

Chisinau, 13 March /MOLDPRES/- Parliament on 12 March ruled on leadership of the Supreme Court of Justice. Thus, the positions of vice-president of the CSJ will be held by Tamara Chișca-Doneva and Nadejda Toma.


According to the parliament decision, Tamara Chişca-Doneva will be appointed vice-president of the Supreme Court of Justice, president of the Civil, Commercial and Administrative Litigation College for a term of four years.

The position of vice-president of the Supreme Court of Justice, president of the Criminal College will be held by Nadejda Toma for four years.

The persons were selected following the competition for filling the vacant positions at the Supreme Court of Justice.
