Over 4.6 thousand leases registered in early 2021

Chisinau, 14 April /MOLDPRES/- Over 4.6 thousand leases have been registered with the State Tax Service (SFS) since the beginning of 2021.
According to the institution, as a result of the actions, 1,617 private people were identified who lease / rent real estate.
"At the same time, for 163 individuals, who lease real estate and did not comply with legal provisions, were calculated additionally for payment to the budget: basic payments - 145.9 thousand lei, penalties - 14.7 thousand of lei and fines - 29.4 thousand lei ”, SFS said.
During 2021, 4,608 lease and rent contracts were registered with the State Fiscal Service.
