Heating season ended in Chisinau

Chisinau, 19 April /MOLDPRES/- Following a request of consumers and under the instruction signed by deputy mayor of the capital Ilie Ceban on the end of the heating period, Termoelectrica initiated the procedure to stop heating supply to consumers connected to the central heating system in Chisinau.

According to the municipality, the residential blocks, medical and educational institutions whose administrators have not requested the cessation of the thermal energy delivery will remain connected to the district heating services.

Termoelectrica provides with thermal energy 4,400 buildings, of which: 460 budgetary institutions, 770 economic agents / other budgetary institutions, 2,860 residential blocks with about 210 thousand apartments and 300 private houses in Chisinau.
