Moldovan parliament overturned decision on appointment of Constitutional Court judge

Chisinau, 23 April /MOLDPRES/- MPs adopted with 53 votes a decision on annulment by partial withdrawal of the Parliament Decision No121 of 16 August 2019 on appointment of a judge of the Constitutional Court.

By decision, the individual administrative act is annulled in part with effect for the future, namely the Parliament Decision No121 of 16 August 2019 on appointment of Domnica Manole as judge of the Constitutional Court.

The decision enters into force and is enforceable on the date of adoption and can be appealed within 30 days with a prior request to the parliament.
