Moldovan special parliamentary commission to work out draft law on constitutional reform

Chisinau, 23 April /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs today ruled to set up a special parliamentary commission for the elaboration of draft laws on the constitutional reform.
The commission will be made up of representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups, experts in constitutional law, representatives of the academic environment and civil society.
The commission will have 11 members: on behalf of the Party of Socialists – Vasile Bolea (head of the commission), Grigore Novac, Adrian Lebedinschi, Stefan Gatcan; on behalf of the For Moldova Parliamentary Platform – Serghei Sirbu (commission’s secretary); on behalf of the Shor Party’s faction – Denis Ulanov. The nomination of the members of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS), ACUM Bloc (2 members); Democratic Party (1 member); ACUM faction Dignity and Truth Platform (1 member) comes next.
Two deputy heads are to be appointed out of the members.
