„This is an absolutely necessary thing for Moldova, especially as we are in vaccination process. The approval and launch of this draft decision is welcome, given that we need an electronic system for the record of citizens who benefited from vaccine, both in Moldova; yet, we should see how we technically include the citizens from abroad.’’

The employees of the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry, National Public Health Agency (ANSP), National Health Insurances Company, providers of medical services, health subdivisions of the local public administration authorities, the Service of Information Technology and Cyber Security (STISC), General Inspectorate of Border Police will have access to the register’s data.
