Moldovan acting PM addressess congratulatory message on Holy Easter Holidays

Chisinau, 2 May /MOLDPRES/ - Acting Prime Minister Aureliu Ciocoi has addressed a congratulatory message on the Holy Easter Holidays, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.  

The message reads:  

„Dear citizens,

Dear Christians,

The Easter Holidays bring us the mystery of the Resurrection to the home of each Christian and prompt us to observe the century-old Christian customs and lessons. This is an occasion to strengthen the hope and value each other, support mutually and forgive.     

The last year has given all of us the most valuable lesson – to appreciate the health and fight for life. May the Resurrection of the Lord bring you together in the family, in conditions of safety, in order to honour the memory of those who lost the fight with the pandemic.  

I want the Holy Easter Holidays to unite us everybody in the spirit of compassion, solidarity and love for the fellows. On behalf of Moldova’s government, I convey wishes from the bottom of my heart for days full of light, peace and happiness! I wish you health, peace, courage and confidence in a bright future and may your families be protected.     

I wish our people to remain in continuation wise and good-willing and I wish the Moldovans from the Diaspora to bring the fame of our country far abroad and not forget our common home – Republic of Moldova.
