Moldovan tax body collected over 14.6 billion lei to national budget in first four months

Chisinau, 4 May /MOLDPRES/- National public budget revenues administered by the State Tax Service amounted to 14.6 billion lei in 4 months of this year, which shows an increase of over 2.1 billion lei or 17.5% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Thus, 6.4 billion lei were collected to the state budget, which is 1.2 billion lei more compared to the same period of 2020, or an increase of 22.8%.

The local budgets recorded revenues amounting to 1.5 billion lei, which is 327.7 million lei more compared to the same period last year or 28.1%.

Also, the state social insurance budget received 5.0 billion lei, which is 479.4 million lei more compared to the similar period of the previous year, or an increase of 10.6%.

At the same time, 1.7 billion lei were accumulated at the compulsory health insurance funds, which is 171.0 million lei more compared to the similar period of 2020 or 11.2%.
