Yellow code of atmospheric instability, heavy rain expected in Moldova

Chisinau, 18 May /MOLDPRES/- The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) announced today the Yellow Code of atmospheric instability, which will be extended tomorrow with heavy rain warning.
According to meteorologists, today electrical discharges and storms are expected in gusts of up to 15-18 meters per second.
On 19 May the weather will cool down and will be +20 degrees Celsius. At night, it will cool to +7 degrees Celsius.
In case of Yellow Code, the weather conditions are potentially dangerous, the forecast meteorological phenomena are common for the territory of the country, but they can temporarily become dangerous for certain socio-economic activities.
