Moldovan deputy premier meets Swedish envoy

Chisinau, 20 May /MOLDPRES/- Acting Deputy Prime Minister Olga Cebotari met today with Ambassador of Sweden to Moldova Anna Lyberg.

According to the Office for Reintegration Policy, the officials discussed a wide range of issues, including those on the agenda of the negotiation process for the Transnistrian settlement.

The Deputy Prime Minister mentioned the need to continue the projects launched in order to solve the most acute problems in the interest of the inhabitants on both banks of the Dniester, relying at the same time on obtaining tangible results in the negotiations.

They expressed willingness to move towards a constructive partnership at the level of government authorities, reiterating the readiness of both countries to continue interaction in various fields to improve the lives of citizens throughout the Republic of Moldova.
