Chisinau, 26 May /MOLDPRES/ - The acting government today approved the procedure of carrying out the state control over the work of the private agencies and non-licenced intermediaries, which carry out the activity as to the employment of Moldova’s citizens abroad, based on analyzing the risks specific to their work.

The concerned procedure is an amendment of a cabinet decision from 2018 for the approval of the methodology on the state control over the entrepreneurial activity based on analyzing the risks in the sectors of control of the State Labour Inspectorate.

„The present procedure establishes: the way of control over the activity dealing with the employment of Moldova’s citizens abroad; criteria of risk specific to the activity fields; procedure of analysis of the risk criteria established depending on the specific feature of the activity of intermediating the labour abroad,’’ the document reads.

To carry out the state control over the activity dealing with the employment of Moldova’s citizens abroad, the State Labour Inspectorate can carry out planned controls, based on the risk criteria established, as well as sudden controls.

The risk criteria in the context of the current procedure includes a string of qualities of the subject liable to control or circumstances referring to precedents between the subject subjected to control and the Inspectorate, the existence and intensity of which shows the likelihood of the causing of damages, including material ones, to the life and health of people who look for jobs abroad, as well as of infringing the procedures of employment of Moldovan citizens abroad, established through normative acts.
