Moldovan ninth form pupils take exams in mathematics

Chisinau, 7 June /MOLDPRES/ - More than 29,000 graduates of the ninth form from Moldova take the examination in mathematics today.

This is the second examination for the pupils who are taught in other languages than the Romanian one. The first one, in the Romanian language and literature, took place on 3 June. The next examination, in the language of teaching, will be held on 10 June: 23,883 pupils will take the exam in the Romanian language and literature and 5,860 – in the Russian language and literature.

The examinations will take place till 14 June. In 2020, the school-leaving exams in the elementary schools, gymnasiums and lyceums were cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
