Romania maintains Moldova among states with low epidemiological risk

Chisinau, 30 July /MOLDPRES/ - The National Committee for Emergency Situations of Romania on 29 July adopted the Decision No 52 on the updating of the list of countries/areas with high epidemiological risk; Moldova is in the green zone with low epidemiological risk, according to the Agerpres news agency of Romania.   

The Romanian authorities introduced Greece, Ireland and Monaco in the zone of high epidemiological risk and France, Belgium USA. Israel, Iceland, Honduras – in the yellow zone. The list approved on 29 July enters into force on 1 August; the decision was taken, in order not to affect the people who return to Romania in the next week end.   

The people who return to Romania from states in the red zone do not enter quarantine, if they are vaccinated against Covid-19. Also, children under the age of 6 years are automatically excepted from quarantine and the ones with ages from 6 to 16 years are excepted, if they present a negative result of the test made by 72 hours before at the earliest.
