Vaccination campaign in mobile units continues in Chisinau

Chisinau, 10 August /MOLDPRES/- The mobile vaccination units of the Chisinau municipality continue their travels in the city and the suburbs.

The capital's authorities announce that on August 10, between 10:00 and 18:00, the two mobile vaccination points will be in the following locations: the trolleybus will be in the Buiucani sector, Alba Iulia street, near the Market " Delfin ", and the bus will travel to Ghidighici commune, 10 Victoria Street, at the entrance to the locality.

The local authorities inform that, on August 8, 181,484 people were vaccinated with the first dose in the municipality, and the booster was administered to 122,603 people.

Chisinau remains on increased epidemiological alert due to COVID-19 infection, in the context of the increasing number of infections. At the same time, the World Health Organization warns of the risks induced by the spread of Delta and Delta + strains.
