Premier Energy company changed electricity bills

Chisinau, 10 August /MOLDPRES/- Premier Energy company has launched a new design of electricity bills for domestic and non-household consumers. Starting with August 10, consumers will receive the invoice with another visual aspect.

"The new format allows consumers to consult all mandatory information in accordance with current regulations on electricity, useful data on payment methods, receipt of invoices by email, Personal Cabinet options, as well as a series of recommendations on energy efficiency and security ”, a communiqué of the company reads.

In August, consumers will find an informative message at the bottom of the invoice about the launch of the new invoice format. "As Premier Energy actively promotes responsible consumption of energy resources and environmental protection, a series of suggestions for reducing energy consumption, which can also be a source of money savings, will be presented on the front page of the bill." specifies the supplier.

"On the back of the bill, consumers can consult the contact details of the energy supplier to clarify any questions regarding the signing, re-completion of the supply contract, calculation or recalculation of the bill, but also the contact details of the distribution operator, which will be useful to consumers in case of connection of a new consumption point, for network design and installation services, meter verification or possible network disturbances ”, according to the quoted source.

The bill included two graphs showing the components of the average price for electricity and the total structure of sources used in the previous year. At the same time, consumers can find useful information about the payment methods, receipt of the invoice by email, registration in the personal office on the page www.premierenergy.md, other important aspects in the relationship with the electricity supplier.
