Moldovan parliament to convene in extraordinary meeting on 13-25 August

Chisinau, 10 August /MOLDPRES/- Parliament will convene in an extraordinary meeting on August 13-25. The decision was approved today by parliament standing bureau, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.

The first meeting of the special session will take place on 13 August at 10:00.

The draft agenda, approved by the standing bureau includes the draft amendment to the Law on National Integrity Authority and the Law on declaration of wealth and personal interests; the draft amendment to the Law on Prosecutor's Office; the draft law amending the Law on market of petroleum products; the draft amendment to Article 8 of the Law on National Anticorruption Center; the draft law on amending some normative acts (transparency of the election of CSM and CSP members).

Also, the agenda includes several draft decisions: the draft decision on establishment of special commission for selecting candidates for Ombudsman; the draft decision on resignation of some members of the Competition Council.
