Dismissals, appointments at cabinet meeting

Chisinau, 12 August /MOLDPRES/- At today's meeting, the government voted for new appointments and dismissals of heads of state institutions, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.

Lina Gudima, head of the Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Studies Department of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency, has been appointed interim director of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency.

Octavian Rău will be released from the position of director of ANRCETI, starting with August 26, based on the resignation request. Vasile Cușca was released from the position of state secretary of the Ministry of Health.

Sergiu Paiu, head of the General Inspectorate of Police (IGP) within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, will be released on August 16.

Igor Curov was released from the position of Secretary of State within the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection.

Valentina Țapeș will be released from the position of Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment on August 16, 2021, based on the resignation request.

It was approved the termination of the service relations of Rostislav Rotari in the position of Secretary General of the Ministry of Defense on August 20, 2021, based on the resignation request.

Also today, the members of the Cabinet of Ministers voted for the election of Vadim Gumene as Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy. Alexandru Oprea was appointed Secretary of State in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Adriana Cazacu-Țigaie will hold the position of Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education and Research.

Iurie Prisacari was released from the position of head of the Balti Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, representative of the Government in the territory; Viorica Costin-Morozan - from the position of head of the Causeni Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, representative of the Government in the territory; Veaceslav Anghel - from the position of head of the Chisinau Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, representative of the Government in the territory; Piotr Manol - from the position of head of the Comrat Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, representative of the Government in the territory; Olesea Brânza - from the position of head of the Hîncești Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, representative of the Government in the territory; Ion Chicu - from the position of head of the Orhei Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, representative of the Government in the territory; Denis Carnovschi - from the position of head of the Ungheni Territorial Office of the State Chancellery, representative of the Government in the territory.
