Moldovan cabinet approves negotiation of agreement on construction of bridge across Prut river

Chisinau, 19 August /MOLDPRES/ - The government today approved the initiation of negotiations on the draft agreement between the governments of Moldova and Romania on technical, financial, legal and organizational aspects at the construction of a road bridge between the two states across the Prut river between the settlements Ungheni (Moldova) and Ungheni (Romania).
The overall cost of the works is of about 40 million euros. Moldova is to allocate about 7 million euros, including for works at the border crossing point.
