Moldovan capital's administration looks for solutions to open 3,000 park places in city centre

Chisinau, 20 August /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city hall today organized an enlarged meeting on the present situation in the field of car parks’ management, the system of electronic payment and other municipal infrastructure projects.  

According to the Moldovan capital’s general mayor, Ion Ceban, the meeting’s goal was to make a general picture faced by the city hall in these sectors. ‘’In particular, the participants in the meeting unveiled the findings of an opportunity study as to the implementation of the system of management of car parks from Chisinau, including the options of the system’s organization, presenting opinion polls on the residents’ perception and estimations of the impact of the system’s implementation,’’ Ceban noted on social networks.    

Attending the meeting, experts of the Moldovan Technical University presented alternative solutions, with an enhanced degree of efficiency in ceasing the state of degradation of streets and bridges in Chisinau, with emphasis on solutions of preventive maintenance, in order to preserve the road heritage.
