Moldovan State Fiscal Service to monitor traders of flowers from Chisinau, Balti

Chisinau, 24 August /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) on 31 August – 1 September will carry out actions of monitoring and verification at the tax payers who sell flowers at the authorized markets and trade units from Chisinau and Balti, in order to prevent the illicit commerce with flowers, without the documentation of transactions through cash and control equipment.    

According to the Fiscal Service, the actions will be focused on the undertaking of measures of compliance, through the monitoring of the enforcement by traders of the cash and control equipment at the carrying out of discounts in cash, compliant registration of the entrepreneurial activity in a certain organizational and legal form.    

“The concerned activities come in the context of the increase in the demand of living flowers on the eve of the holiday due on 1 September – Knowledge Day, which leads to the enhancement of the risk of non-declaring all sales, in order to diminish the quantum of taxes related to the National Public Budget,’’ SFS said.   

The national fiscal authority recommends that all tax payers comply with the legal provisions and the buyers –ask for the cash voucher when purchasing flowers, thus contributing to the enhancement of the level of compliance.
